Warehouse Manager

Europool Srl, a company with solid expertise in plant engineering, specializing in the design and implementation of bottling and packaging systems, is looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager.

Key responsibilities:

• Ensuring compliance with warehouse procedures and managing incoming and outgoing goods;
• Managing and coordinating warehouse staff (warehouse workers and shippers) and ensuring their adherence to conduct rules, disciplinary code, and safety regulations;
• Organizing work shifts and assigning tasks based on workload and priorities;
• Coordinating with the Production Office;
• Problem-solving activities and implementing quality and inventory processes;
• Providing operational support to the Warehouse Team.

The selected candidate will also play a key role in identifying potential issues and proposing process improvements.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in the role (experience in the sector is considered a plus);
• Valid forklift license required;
• Good proficiency in IT tools and warehouse management software;
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills;
• Teamwork skills and ability to manage a team of approximately ten people;
• Leadership skills.
