Inside the tunnel, a modular plastic conveyor—ideal for food contact—runs over stainless steel support tubes and underneath on stainless steel rollers, guaranteeing reliability and durability.

 

Precise temperature control and uniform treatment

Each tunnel can be equipped with multiple independent treatment zones, allowing for progressive and controlled cooling, adaptable to various container types and products: cans, bottles, jars, glass or plastic packaging.

Thanks to automatic temperature regulation, the system maintains optimal and consistent conditions. Stainless steel spray tubes and nozzles ensure even water distribution, resulting in effective thermal treatment.

 

Maintenance-friendly and safety-oriented design

Designed with daily maintenance in mind, Europool tunnels offer easy side access through hatches for quick removal of manifolds and nozzles. Each tank features a front access door, rapid drain valve, and double filters to simplify cleaning and prevent unplanned downtime.

The system is equipped with analog instruments (thermometers and pressure gauges) in stainless steel, along with visual and audible alarms in case of temperature anomalies—keeping the process constantly under control.

 

 

Automation, modularity, and line integration

With SEW motors and inverters, the tunnels ensure precise product movement. The modular structure allows easy customization based on available space or production requirements.

The stainless steel electrical panel enables integration with existing systems through digital and analog signals. The system does not include production data logging, ensuring maximum ease of use and long-term reliability.
