Team building. From the office to the field and on the field for the office.
On Tuesday, June 14th, thanks to the initiative of Europool’s owners, employees, and collaborators, everyone was invited to participate in an evening of sports and fun, which concluded with a refreshing dinner together.
All staff were involved, some as athletes and others in the organization; everyone was able to take part in some way in what turned out to be the true first in-person evening post-pandemic.
Padel joined the already well-established passion for Beach Volleyball. Thanks to the patience and precision of our Project Managers, a fast rotation was organized across 4 courts, involving aspiring athletes of all ages and genders, with two mixed tournaments that perhaps offered few technical feats but plenty of laughter and fun.
None of this would have been possible without the contribution of each individual and the willingness to collaborate to achieve, for once, not the client’s satisfaction, but our own. A BIG THANK YOU to everyone who participated: those who planned it in the past months, those who ordered uniforms and gadgets, those who simply said “ok, I’ll be there,” and everyone who arrived at the courts with a smile and the desire to spend time together, from the office to dinner, passing through the playing field.
