We are pleased to announce the inauguration of Europool Corp., the new U.S. subsidiary of the Europool Group, with its legal headquarters in the State of New York and operational headquarters in Austin, Texas. The new branch will be responsible for overseeing and developing the markets in the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
After years of consolidation and growth in the North American market, with annual revenues consistently exceeding 10 million dollars, the opening of Europool Corp. represents a further strategic step to ensure even more direct and effective support to our customers, both in the commercial phase and after-sales service.
The operational headquarters will be managed by Patrick Donovan, a professional with solid experience in the plant engineering sector, gained in the bottling and packaging industries.
Responsibility for the subsidiary and supervision of the target markets remains with Luca Priero, a member of the Europool Board.
